That is what a true dream is. A dream has never been an easy word. The suffering we face today is the necessary path toward the dream of tomorrow. If you truly hold a dream in your heart, do not fear the difficulties ahead. Only by walking through them can you reach the destination of your dream. Han Hua, female, holds a Ph.D. in History and is a native of Longchang, Sichuan Province. She completed her postdoctoral research at the Institute of Qing History, Renmin University of China, in 2006. Currently, she works at the National Library of China. She has authored the monograph A Study of the Confucian Church and the National Religion Movement in the Early Republic of China (Beijing Library Press, 2007) and translated works such as The Economic Principles of Confucius and His School (Zhonghua Book Company, 2010; republished in 2015 as part of the Commercial Press’s “Modern Chinese Academic Classics” series), International Military Tribunal for the Far East Trial Records: China Section – Defense Evidence on the Occupation of Northeast China (Part I) (Shanghai Jiao Tong University Press), The Trial of Yamashita Tomoyuki: War Crimes and Command Responsibility (Shanghai Jiao Tong University Press), and Contemporary Confucian Political Philosophy (Jiangxi People’s Publishing House). She has also published over twenty academic papers in journals including Modern Chinese History Studies, Social Science Research, Studies in Qing History, Studies on the War of Resistance Against Japan, Journal of Historical Science, Social Science Front, Zhongzhou Academic Journal, Theory Journal, Forum on Chinese Culture, Journal of Japanese Invasion of China History Studies, China Reading Weekly, Journal of Sichuan Normal University, and Journal of Southwest Minzu University.
